EXHIBITOR'S AREA - 9^th RDV•I 2020

You have been selected, congratulation.
Let's prepare the exhibition now.

Thanks to confirm your participation as soon as possible but not later than December 22^nd, 2019.

For the series: book your display stand(s) you reserved during your application.

For the books: you can rent a mini-stand to sell your book on site.

If you cannot come for the mounting, I should get your pictures, before January 15^th, 2020.

Here the elements for a good preparation of the exhibition:

1. Exhibitor's guide: informations about pictures' format, the mounting, the dismounting, ...

2. Exhibition visual: - optional - but useful for those how cannot be present for the mounting

3. Installation: date and time

4. Private view: date and time

5. Fees, catalog: fees for the display stand, mini-stand for the books, reserve your catalog

Some more information to prepare our exhibition:

I suggest to keep the number of pictures on the presentation stands in the reasonable range of 8 to 12 (depending on the format). Very often "less is more".
On the other hand it would make sense to print the pictures in a nice size: at least 30 x 45 cm even 50 x 70 cm depending on your series.
Attention on the crinkled photos: the ideal is a contrecollage (style dibond), it will insure the flatness of the images and a quality exhibition.

1. Exhibitor's guide

TO DOWNLOAD AND TO READ - ABSOLUTELY

The aim of this guide is to define the relation between the authors exhibiting their photographs and the organizer:

the photographs,
display stands,
mounting,
dismounting, …

This information will define our collaboration. It is always better to discuss and to agree, in order to create together a successful event.

2. Exhibition visual

ONLY FOR THE AUTHOR WHO CANNOT COME FOR THE MOUNTING

This exhibition visual is important if you are not present during the installation.

With this indications the pictures will be placed on the display stand according to your choice.

3. Mounting

The photographers who will install themselves their images are expected

at the Palais des Congrès,

4. Private viewing

A private view with announcement of the prize-winners by the jury will take place on

Friday, January 24^th, 2020 at 6:30 pm.

You are, of course, cordially invited with some persons of your choice.
This event stays however of private order and only on invitation.

5. Exhibition fees - Rent a table - Catalogue

To confirm your participation, validate the following steps before December 22^nd, 2019 :

Fill the cart with one or several of the following elements:

The number of display stand reserved during your registration for the photo award
A stand to sell your book if you presented a book
a catalog at a special price for the exhibitors.

Remarks :

Il many of your works have been selected (e.g. : 1 series + 1 book / 2 series), gather all elements in one unique cart.

Display stand

Exhibition fees for one display stand 1 m x 4 m to place the pictures.
You can request a maximum of 2 for one series.

Exhibition fees for one display stand 1 m x 4 m to place the pictures.
You can request a maximum of 2 for one series.
This price is reserved to young photographers less than 25 years.

Stand to sell your book

Fees for a stand to present and sell your book during the exhibition (1/2 table + one chair). Only if your book is selected for the exhibition.
