First step : submit your
application before

The candidate must prepare a file including:

- the registration form (to be downloaded below) completed (preferably by computer), printed and signed

- a CD (or DVD) readable under Windows, containing the following:
- the registration form (Word)
- A series from 10 to 20 pictures (format jpg - A4 - 300 dpi -colorimetric space RVB - named as indicated)
- a short description of your photographic CV
- a short description of the series

- settle the registration fees: 45 € (Bank transfer, PayPal) for one series / 70 € for two series

- the closing date is November 19, 2011

If you have been selected:
prepare the exhibition

Each selected photographer will receive "the exhibition guide" to explain the next steps in detail. The main activities:

- prepare the pictures for the exhibition

- settle the exhibition fees: 125 € per diplay stand

For those who will not set up their photos themselves:

- Pack the pictures in an adapted, strong packaging material (reusable for the return)

- Post the parcel so that the date of reception is respected: must arrive before December 23, 2011

Catalog

A catalog, with all exposing authors, as well as the professional partners, will be edited electronically.
